Niche Outcomes Limited is incorporated in Samoa. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. We have chosen English law deliberately, because most of the people who use the Service are in the United Kingdom and Europe, and we would rather be held to a standard those users can recognise and enforce than to the law of the place we happen to be registered.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident. Those protections continue to apply in addition to these Terms.

If we cannot, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
